Facelift map. Night and day difference, the torque improvement is massively entertaining and it pulls incredibly strong through every gear, brutal acceleration but very composed and linear too. Highly recommended!
Huge difference. Very impressed
The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited lifetime warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Europe and Worldwide
Delivery service charges will vary depending on the quantity of product ordered, the related parcel size, and destination postcode. Live shipping rates will be calculated at checkout using ShippyPro and dependent on criteria, you will be given the option of DHL, DPD, or FedEx courier services.
Shipping into the EU - Duty Charge Information
All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process. Some couriers are charging an admin fee for shipping into the EU.
If we detect at checkout that you are located within the European Union (EU), you are eligible for a contribution towards your import duty and tax payments. We can add an additional 20% on the total cost of your order, we will then pay the duty and tax costs above your contribution. This offer will ensure the price you pay at checkout is the total you pay, with no additional charges. It will also ensure you have the fastest possible delivery, with no delays. For more information, please see here
Our shipping methods ensure safe and timely delivery of your new Forge products. For further information on cost and delivery times, please contact Forge using the email@example.com email address if you require any more information. We reserve the right to change the delivery service and company at any time.
Forge Motorsport ships via either UPS, FedEx, DHL (primarily for outside of UK), DPD (primarily for UK), or any other courier we chose. Other shipping options may be available for an additional fee over and above the actual shipping costs. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, any claims must be made directly with that shipper however we can assist with most cases.
Good morning, Having recently purchased the face lift i30n (2022) I've been looking at remaps. Can you tell me, with your stage 1 map is it possible to map it to run full power in N+ mode and standard map in 'normal' mode? Just it's a shared vehicle and might be a bit aggressive for the other driver! Many thanks Steve
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to put the map on the N button, however I think you will find our software very linear on not too aggressive at all. We have limited the torque lower down as not to create a spiky delivery and limit the rampant wheel spin, but it pulls very well mid-way all the way to the top of the rev range.
I would highly recommend our ECU calibration to this vehicle and if driven in comfort mode conservatively I doubt they would really tell.

Hi ..recently purchased a few items from yourselves. You offered a 15% discount on next order, will this be auto magically included in next order or do I need a code or something? Im getting the brake kit, induction kit and turbo inlet house ..fitted next Friday ... I then was thinking about getting a stage 1 remap from yourselves and wanted to ask a couple questions ..do I need to fit any further parts before stage 1 remap? Or are there any you would recommend I do, I'm not looking to go crazy on adding powrler and torque a small upgrade suites me good as car is quick anyway? If I came to your HQ for remap can you do while I wait as im coming from Watford/St Alban's area...I no problem with waiting a few hours just don't really want wait whole day? I expect I'm supposed to inform my insurance company of all this mods? And if so will need to prob change insurance company's as think my current ones don't allow any mods, which is ok I can do but you know of any good firms I could approach who are likely to offer decent rates allowing for mods....just looking around online without and recommended insurance firms will take an age to narrow down as is often not untill very end of loong application you find out if suitable or not just would save me time and be very helpful...I'm 45 so don't need insurance specific for young drivers or anything just one that reasonable cost and allows mods and I know I have to pay an extra per mod that kkool just one that does allow them ... Sorry lot of questions but you help is appreciated and I'm returning customer Thanks Richard
Hi Richard, nice to talk to you today I hope we can assist.

Hi there, I have a 2019 i30N fastback, and I am looking to get a stage 1 remap. I’ve read there are a few other inexpensive mods that could add more power, such as the turbo inlet adaptor and replacing the flexi pipe. What do you suggest is a good recipe for reasonable stage 1 gains? Thanks
I would recommend the following upgrades for stage one:
FMINDK28 - Induction kit
FMTIA2 - Turbo inlet adaptor
For stage two:
Sport Cat/ De Cat

Will an exhaust decat needed for stage 2 be road legal in the UK?
For Stage 2 software you need either a De-cat or sport cat installed to your vehicle.
De-cat will fail MOT emissions, sport cat will pass MOT emissions.
