5. Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty
Forge Motorsport is one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting-edge design and the highest quality to our product line. We strive every day to deliver excellence to our customers, and when things do go wrong, we want you to know you'll be looked after to a standard beyond anything you've experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers products purchased directly from us, or from one of our authorised distributors/dealers.
If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you, at our discretion. This service is only available if the product remains in its original, unchanged design condition, and has not been modified or altered in any way. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, the normal degradation of materials over time, or exposure to Traffic Film Remover or other acidic cleaning products (commonly used in hand car washes).
The warranty is also invalid if the product has not been fitted to the correct application it was designed for. Any damage occurring outside the scope of the warranty can still be sent to us for evaluation and a repair or replacement quotation, along with a return shipping fee. Cover applies to the original purchaser or owner of the product, for the lifetime of that product only, and is not transferable. Given the quality of our manufacturing, we're confident in the long-term durability of your "Engineered for Performance" Forge part.
For any warranty claim or query, please contact the Forge Motorsport sales team in your region:
UK & EU: www.forgemotorsport.co.uk
USA and South America: www.forgemotorsport.com
Asia: www.forgemotorsport.asia
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval.
Any shipping or returns to Forge Motorsport must be insured and pre-paid, and must include a Forge Motorsport Goods Returns Form along with a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase. The terms and conditions of the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are subject to change at any time without notice.
Please note that certain products and aspects of your Forge product are covered by their own specific warranty terms rather than the general Lifetime Warranty above. See the full list of products and exclusions below.
Products and Exclusions of the Lifetime Warranty
While the majority of Forge Motorsport products are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty, certain items are excluded due to their nature as serviceable, perishable, or wearing parts, or because they fall under their own specific warranty terms. These items are listed below for clarity.
Electrical Components
- Solenoids, wiring harnesses/looms, and ignition coil packs are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty.
- These items are instead covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Please see our full Electrical Components Warranty terms above for details. Section 5(a) and Section 5(b)
Rubber, Sealing and Moving/Serviceable Internal Components
The following are considered wearing/perishable items and are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty:
- O-rings, seals and gaskets
- Rubber boots, gaiters and bellows (including those fitted to tie bars, control arms and dogbone/engine mounts)
- Diaphragms fitted within actuators, wastegates and valves
- Pistons, piston rings and seals within actuators, wastegates and dump/blow-off valves that are subject to wear through normal operation
- Springs within actuators and valves that have been altered, over-adjusted, or fatigued through normal use
Where a product contains both covered and excluded parts (for example, an actuator assembly containing a wearing diaphragm or piston seal), only the excluded wearing component itself falls outside the Lifetime Warranty, the housing, body and any other manufacturing defect remains covered as normal.
Air Filters
Filters Cover varies by filter media type, reflecting the different wear characteristics of each material:
- Pleated/Cotton Gauze Filters: covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser.
- Foam Filters: covered by a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the original date of purchase. Foam media is subject to heat-related degradation and compression over time through normal use, which is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.
Cover applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. To qualify for warranty cover, filters must be cared for in accordance with Forge's fitting and maintenance guides and/or instructions, including:
- Cleaning the filter at the recommended interval of every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, under normal road use. Filters used in dusty, off-road, or track/competition conditions should be inspected and cleaned more frequently.
- Cleaning and re-oiling (where applicable) using only Forge-recommended cleaning products and methods, in line with the instructions supplied with the product.
Neither filter warranty covers:
- Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Modification or unauthorised repair
- Damage caused during installation or removal of the filter
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or the use of non-recommended cleaning products (this will void the warranty)
- Normal wear and tear, including the natural clogging or degradation of the filter media through use
Brakes and Braking Components
- Brake pads and brake discs/rotors are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty.
- Brake vibration caused by uneven rotor wear following incorrect installation is not covered (see Section 11).
Suspension
Forge suspension kits are excluded from our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty. Instead, suspension products are covered by the following warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, from the original date of purchase:
- Structural/Hard Parts (including damper bodies, mounting hardware, top mounts, and camber plates): 2 year warranty
- Consumable/Wearing Parts (including seals, bump stops, pillow balls, bushings, and springs): 2 year warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, impact or collision
- Incorrect installation
- Use outside of the product's intended application
- Normal wear and tear
- Sway bar end links, where included, which are considered a wear item
Cover applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase must be provided to support any claim.
Carbon Fibre
- Forge carbon fibre products, including engine covers, are manufactured to the highest standards using the best materials available. However, in certain applications and areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre, which is not covered under warranty.
- Carbon fibre engine covers sit in close proximity to the turbocharger and other hot engine components, and heat exposure of this kind is a normal characteristic of the product rather than a defect.
- We recommend removing carbon fibre engine covers before any track, motorsport, or sustained high-performance driving, as extended heat exposure in these conditions can accelerate discolouration and increase heat retention within the engine bay.
- Cracking, splitting, or fracturing of carbon fibre components caused by the over-tightening of hose clamps, bolts, or fixings during installation is not covered, as this is considered an installation error rather than a manufacturing defect.
- All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered under our warranty process.
Finish and Aesthetic Appearance
- The finished colour, surface coating, or aesthetic appearance of a Forge product is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural fading, discolouration, or changes in appearance caused by heat, UV exposure, or general use over time
- The appearance of anodised, powder-coated, or plated finishes
- Any cosmetic marks or blemishes that do not affect the function of the product
This is separate from, and in addition to, the specific finish exclusions that apply to carbon fibre products, detailed above.
Cooling System Consumables (Coolant)
This applies to Forge components that use coolant as part of their operation, such as radiators and coolant-based intercoolers. The following are not covered under warranty:
- Coolant itself
- Damage caused by the use of incorrect, mixed, or non-approved coolant types
- Damage caused by insufficient (low) or excess (over-filled) coolant levels
Cooling System Consumables (Oil)
This applies to Forge components that use oil as part of their operation, such as oil coolers. The following are not covered under warranty:
- Oil itself
- Damage caused by the use of incorrect oil types
- Damage caused by insufficient (low) or excess (over-filled) oil levels
- Damage caused by contaminated oil, or failure to service the oil in line with the manufacturer's recommendations
This list is provided for guidance and may be updated from time to time; please contact our customer service team if you are unsure whether a specific product or component is covered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5(a) Ignition Coil Packs
Forge Motorsport ignition coil packs are not covered under the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty. These items instead carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the original date of purchase.
Because coil packs are frequently replaced as a full set on a hunch rather than a confirmed fault, we ask that the following steps are followed before a warranty claim can be assessed:
- Pinpoint the faulty coil pack – we need to know which individual coilpack has failed. Claims covering an entire set, without evidence narrowing this down to specific unit(s), cannot be processed.
- Confirm the fault – provide evidence of the fault, for example a diagnostic scan showing a misfire code for the affected cylinder (e.g. fault code P030X).
- Try the swap test – swap the coil pack you believe is faulty onto a different cylinder. If the misfire moves with it, this helps confirm the coil pack itself is at fault.
- Proof of purchase – a copy of your order confirmation or invoice must also be provided to support the claim.
Claims submitted without this supporting information may be delayed or rejected while further evidence is obtained. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
5(b) Electrical Components
Please note that all electrical components supplied as part of Forge Motorsport kits and products, including but not limited to solenoids, wiring harnesses and looms are excluded from the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty and are instead covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
This 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship only, and applies only where the product has been correctly installed and used in accordance with Forge Motorsport's fitting instructions. It does not cover:
- Damage or failure caused by incorrect or unprofessional installation
- Water ingress, corrosion, or damage caused by exposure to the elements
- Chafing, abrasion, or wear to wiring in service
- Incorrect voltage, incorrect wiring, or reversed polarity
- Modification, cutting, splicing, or extending of the loom or harness
- Connector or pin damage caused by repeated disconnection or incorrect mating
- Failure caused or contributed to by pre-existing faults, poor earths/grounds, or damaged wiring elsewhere in the vehicle's electrical system
- Failure arising from conflicts with aftermarket ECUs, piggyback tuning devices, alarms, or other non-Forge electrical accessories connected to the product
- Failure caused by fitment to a vehicle or application the product was not designed for
As with all Forge warranty claims, the item must be returned for evaluation along with proof of purchase, and any claim found to be valid will result in repair or replacement at Forge Motorsport's discretion. Where inspection shows the fault originates from the vehicle's own wiring or electrical system rather than the Forge component itself, the warranty claim will not be upheld and standard repair/evaluation charges may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8.1 Loyalty/Anniversary Scheme
The 15% off loyalty coupon/anniversary scheme is for retail customers only. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits or brake components. Valid for 90 days after purchase. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If the loyalty coupon is used on a duplicate order, and one order is cancelled/returned, the value of the discounted order will be refunded. The loyalty coupon cannot be used to purchase an item twice.
8.2 Refer a Friend Scheme
The 20% off refer a friend scheme is for first time retail customers only. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits or brake components. Valid for 30 days after the referee purchases. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If a customer uses the scheme to refer themselves under different details, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund both orders. The scheme cannot be used for customers who have already purchased previously.
9. Mapping/Tuning
The installation of any product including but not limited to remapping may or may not void the car’s factory warranty, and it is the responsibility of customers to check this with their vehicle manufacturer. All vehicles brought for remapping will be deemed fit upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle is up to date and in good condition. It is the customers responsibility to notify their insurers of any modifications. Forge accept no responsbility for any damages during or after a remap.
10. Cooling Products and TFL
Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty – these are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
11. Brakes and Suspension
No warranty is offered for brake vibration suffered due to uneven rotor thickness wear after incorrect installation of brake rotors. It is commonly known in the brake rotor business that accurate mounting and checking of runout on brake rotors is paramount at installation, and in spite of necessary warnings many mechanics still see fit to ignore this warning and complete the fitment without checking the rotor runout. This leads to brake vibration in the 3000 to 5000 miles lifetime period, voiding the warranty. The solution for vibration at this stage is to have the rotors turned or replaced, and to thoroughly clean the mounting flange on the vehicle, carefully checking for runout before returning the vehicle to service use.
Our suspension kits are also excluded from our lifetime warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Finance with Klarna

15. Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
Under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, the UK government has prohibited the export of luxury goods to Russia. This includes any direct or indirect supply of such goods if there is knowledge or reasonable suspicion that they will ultimately be re-exported to Russia. These sanctions were implemented to restrict Russia’s access to high-value items and are legally binding on all UK businesses.
Given these regulations, we are unable to proceed with any sale where there is a risk that our products may be re-exported to Russia, as doing so would constitute a violation of UK law. We take our compliance obligations very seriously and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
