This turbo recirculation valve is the result of of 25 years of experience and engineering expertise. The FMDV008PA version seen here has the benefit of a 90 degree vacuum port, that can be rotated to three different orientations. This is often the preference where either space is restricted, or the original fitment valve has a 90 degree connection, either on the valve or connecting hose.
Forge's recirculation valve features a greater flow rate than the OEM Bosch Valve, as well as a faster response time, due to our revised design. By using the associated service kit (FMDVSK), as seen below, the life of the valve can be extended, and the performance can be maintained. With a lifetime guarantee, you can be sure the valve is reliable for your car.
It is fully customisable to fit your application with two uprated springs provided in the kit. Forge Motorsport's improvement on the original valve has a compact design, meaning easy fitment under the engine cover.

Bought it as a replacement dv for my audi tt mk1. The reason for the purchase was that the car had the idle all over the place and underboosting with a "ebay special" . Guess what. All related issues went away , and another thing i was happy with, the kit suplied with the dv is more then enough to install it and top quality stuff. highly recommended

I bought this as a replacement for an aftermarket dump valve that had been fitted on to my 1.8T Audi TT, the aftermarket valve was not a recirc valve as the original and made an awful noise, this one is a far more subtle noise that is barely noticeable in comparison. Bought this for my audi 1.8t as my oem dv was on its way out , wasnt dissapointed, it stopped a fair bit of stuttering that my car was getting between gears , it does feel more responsive too , and for the question most people ask 'does it make noise?!' Yes it makes some noise compared to the oem dv but not to much that you scare people at bus stops lol , all in all a great replacement from a great company , comes with all parts needed to fit and tune easily.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.
Next day delivery applies to orders processed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and geographical restrictions. 'Next day' refers to next working day. Delivery is free of charge for all orders £100 (ex VAT) or over. Products are sent by standard DPD service which is usually a next day service, but can take 2 days in transit. All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Hi, I’ve got a stage 2 fiesta ST200 and I’m wondering if this will fit my car and I was also wondering whether this will make the “whoosh” noise or the “stututu” Any help appreciated, Thank you
The FMDV008PA is not compatible with the Ford Fiesta ST200. Forge Motorsport offer a blow off valve FMDVST180A which produces the whoosh noise quality and a recirculation valve FMDVST180R (replacement for the stock valve which has no noise quality). The flutter noise quality you have referred to (wastegate turbo stall) is not emitted by any Forge valves as part of normal, healthy, bypass valve function.

Hiya, I'm looking to Stage 2 my mk1 2004 Audi TT 225 coupe. I'm wondering what valve to go for,this one or the seemingly similar Bosch one part number FMDV008 ? Lastly can you answer a long debated question ? The BOV one that is similar to this but with trumpet as well,is this suitable for my Audi ? It was long thought that BOVs would lead to a whole host of problems as the car was fitted with and designed for a standard, albeit rubbish plastic, plain recirculation valve more akin to this one and the Bosch one part number FMDV008. Hiya, I'm looking to Stage 2 my MK1 2004 Audi TT 225 coupe. Will this valve be sufficient to handle the horsepower gain ? I notice in the comments for your other valve,the splitter one with trumpet and port you have answered a person's question with your reply saying it was only suitable for standard and Stage 1. Is this the same for this one ? Is so,can you recommend a valve from you that would be suitable please?
This valve will be fine with stage 2 and beyond states of tune. You can change the spring out to a harder spring rate to cope with higher boost levels.

Hi, Does this produce a good woosh sound like bov? How much bhp is it rated too? As, wanting to push about 400 out my 1.8t mk1 tt Thanks
The valve is a recirculation valve and is silent like the original plastic valve, It will not make a whooshing noise
this valve will make the blow off sound
