About Hose Technik

Hosetechnik has been part of the Forge Motorsport and Siliconhoses group of companies since 2010.  We offer bespoke brake line kits developed directly from the vehicles that have passed through our UK workshop at Forge HQ, or we can produce custom brake lines to your exact specification, usually the same day – please contact us for more information on how to do this.  All of our brake lines are manufactured from UK sourced and manufactured 303 Stainless steel end fittings which coupled with PVC coated, ASI304 high tensile Stainless steel braided PTFE hose to ensure that a long lasting and durable brake line is created.  Our brake lines have been independently tested to FMVSS106 certification standards.

  • Better brake pedal feel - firmer under pressure
  • More efficient braking - the PTFE lined, stainless steel brake lines will not expand under load unlike OEM rubber hoses
  • Long Lasting - PVC outer and stainless steel end fittings will outlast the standard mild steel and rubber lines many times
  • Available in many outer colour options to compliment your vehicle
  • Rigorously tested and approved to the FMVSS 106 certification standards

Custom Brake Hose Kits

To create your custom hose you will need to select an option for each of the following parts: Top End Piece, Hose Colour & Length, Bracket and Bottom End Piece. You will not be able to proceed without selecting an option for each part.

Once you are ready click Submit to save your selection. You will be taken to your shopping basket which will summarise the hose kit(s) you have created, and give you the options to create another custom hose kit or edit/delete an existing hose.
