Front Mounting Intercooler Kit for the Astra VXR
This Intercooler kit has been produced for the 2006 onwards Astra VXR ( H chassis). The kit includes everything required. All the pipework is 60mm dia, with polished alloy hard pipes and re-inforced silicone hoses. Along with all the brackets and fixings, there is a simple to follow set of instructions, or for those who prefer we can offer an installation service at our Gloucester UK facility, subject to appointment, for an additional cost of £240.
During our development testing the intake temperatures on this intercooler, didn’t exceed 30 degrees C, even under load at full throttle at high rpm.
